Hudson Technologies (HDSN) said on Tuesday it expects to report Q3 revenues of about $25 million and net income per share in the range of $0.03 to $0.05 on a fully diluted basis.
Analysts are expecting earnings of $0.09 per share on revenue of $41 million for the quarter.
On a combined basis, assuming that Q3 2017 included revenue from Airgas-Refrigerants, Inc., pro forma consolidated revenue would have been $57 million for the three months ended September 30, 2017. The Airgas acquisition was closed on Tuesday.
Hudon, which has guided for declines in price and volume for all refrigerants, said the magnitude of the decline was greater than previously anticipated, adding that it is still expecting to achieve its gross margin target of 30% for the entire nine-month 2017 cooling season.
